These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Portyy. By accessing or using Portyy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Service Overview

Portyy is a platform for building and running Airtable-backed client portals, including pages, views, forms, and access controls.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must keep your account credentials and magic login links secure.
You must notify us promptly of unauthorized account access.

3. Airtable Integration

When connecting Airtable to Portyy:

You authorize us to access the Airtable resources you approve.
You represent that you have rights to use and share that data.
You remain responsible for compliance with Airtable’s terms and applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Portyy to:

Violate any law or regulation.
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
Distribute malicious code, spam, or abusive content.
Attempt unauthorized access, scanning, or disruption of systems.
Interfere with product integrity, security, or availability.

5. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of your data and portal content. You grant Portyy a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that data solely to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

You are responsible for content shared through your portals and for your permissions model.

6. Intellectual Property

Portyy and all related software, branding, and product materials are owned by Portyy and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the service.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trial

If you purchase a paid subscription, you agree to the pricing, billing cadence, and payment terms presented at checkout.

We may offer trial access subject to stated trial terms.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically by billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.
Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and fees.

8. Refunds

Refund handling is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using Portyy at any time.

If you cancel a paid subscription, cancellation applies to future renewals and your access continues through the end of the current paid billing period unless we state otherwise.

Upon termination, access rights end, but sections that by nature should survive (for example payment obligations, liability limits, indemnity, and legal terms) remain in effect.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Portyy is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portyy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

Portyy’s aggregate liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to Portyy in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Portyy from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of Portyy, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the website, product, or email. Continued use after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
