We collect information needed to operate Portyy and provide support.

  • Account and authentication information: email address and authentication-related metadata used for account access, including magic link sign-in and security verification.
  • Airtable connection and sync data: OAuth credentials/tokens, base metadata, and synced records and fields needed to connect and operate Airtable-backed portals.
  • Portal and workspace data: portal settings, pages, views, forms, access controls, custom-domain configuration, and related content you create.
  • Uploads and file metadata: files or file references you upload (for example portal assets or attachments) and related metadata needed to store and serve them.
  • Usage, device, and log data: IP address, browser/device information, request logs, and event/diagnostic telemetry.
  • Support communications: information you share when contacting support.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain Portyy.
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts.
  • Sync, process, and display authorized Airtable data in portals.
  • Host and deliver portal assets and uploads.
  • Communicate service updates, security notices, and support responses.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and improve features.
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Service Providers and Third Parties

We use third-party providers to run Portyy. Depending on your usage, this may include providers for:

  • Airtable integration and API access.
  • Infrastructure, storage, and edge services.
  • Email delivery (for example account and authentication emails).
  • Security controls (for example bot protection and abuse prevention).
  • Product analytics, monitoring, and error tracking.

We share data with these providers only as needed for service operation and under contractual or legal safeguards.

4. Airtable Integration

Portyy is built for Airtable workflows.

  • When you connect Airtable, you authorize Portyy to access the data and resources you permit.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to connect and share that Airtable data through your portal.
  • Airtable’s own terms and privacy practices also apply to your Airtable account and services.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for core functionality, authentication, security, and product analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling some cookies may impact product functionality.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information:

  • With trusted service providers that help us operate Portyy.

You can also disconnect Airtable access from your account settings where available.

Portyy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
