Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for Portyy subscriptions. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
1. 14-Day Refund Window
If you purchase a Portyy paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase date.
- Requests submitted within the 14-day window are eligible for a full refund of the initial subscription charge.
- After 14 calendar days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
2. Renewals and Cancellations
- Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once billed.
- Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges.
- Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
- If you cancel, access remains available until the end of the already-paid billing period unless stated otherwise.
3. Refund Eligibility and Limitations
We may deny refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests that indicate misuse of trial or billing systems.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@portyy.com and include:
- the account email associated with the purchase;
- purchase date and payment receipt details;
- reason for the request.
5. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us first at support@portyy.com so we can investigate and help resolve it quickly.
